This afternoon I used my Efcolor enamel set for the second time. It is really easy to use. Once the oven has been warmed up using tea lights, you sprinkle powered resin over the jewellery blanks and put them in the oven. The heat melts the powder, enamelling the blanks which can then be used to make necklaces or bracelets. Once the enamel has cooled down you layer more over the top.
These are some of the blanks that I made. As well as the starter colours you get in the kit I used resin with glitter in it. Definitely need to get better at sprinkling it evenly over the blanks though! Some of them will make great necklace pendants and some I will make into bracelets using cord and an adjustable slider clasp.
